a unique long life exterior weatherproof coating. It has a smooth finish,
but is also available with added fine aggregate to give a Highbuild textured
finish. Applied 10 times thicker than ordinary paint. Available in any of our 12 standard colours. |

ROLLERCOAT is an ideal coating for concrete,
metal, masonry, blockwork, render, pebbledash, brick, asbestos, cement panels,
prefabricated structures, profiles and most painted surfaces. |

| FORMULATION:
ROLLERCOAT is manufactured at our own factory
to an exact specification and quality control. The formulation is based
on extremely durable synthetic elastomer polyester resin, blended with polybutene
for flexibility. It contains mica, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, silicon,
fungicide and special colour components to provide long lasting colour retention,
weatherproofing, protection and durability.

| ROLLERCOAT may
be applied at any temperature using a roller, brush or airless spray equipment.
The addition of no more than 10% solvent will be permitted to adjust for
any change in viscosity due to lower temperature. |
| COVERAGE: Depending
on the surface, coverage is 2 square metres per litre.

| PACKAGING:
Supplied in 25 litre metal resealable drums. |
| DRYING
TIMES: Surface dry in 8 hours. Fully cured in 7 days |
| SURFACE PREPARATION: |
| • Remove
flaking and loose material with stiff brush or powerwashing |
| • Organic
growth to be treated with Reno-Anticide wash |
| • Ensure
all surfaces are dry, clean and firm. |
| • Surfaces
which are friable and porous should be primed with a 30% dilution of Rollercoat
and an approved solvent |
