Reno Drive Sealer

RENO DRIVE SEALER is manufactured in our own factory to an exact specification. The formulation is based on a thermo plastic acrylic, copolymer resin blend for excellent weather resistance and durability. RENO DRIVE SEALER is a fast drying, abrasion resistant clear sealer for new or old block driveways.

USES:

RENO DRIVE SEALER has been specially formulated to seal new drives and the refurbishment of old drives.

ADVANTAGES:

• Prevents oil stains and reduces the possibility of algae growth from the sap of trees and shrubs.
• Allows walls to breathe.
• Eliminates weeds in the joints by reducing the water penetration, which feeds the roots.
• Reduces the possibility of insect infestation and reduces colour fade by cutting down the transmission of UV light.
• Protects by bonding joints, easily cleaned and is soap and detergent resistant.
• Quick and easy to apply by roller or spray, fast drying so minimum disruption, excellent adhesion and penetration, enhances and protects.
• Matt finish: 1 coat. Wet look: 2 coats.

DRIVEWAY FORMULA:

Extensive testing and numerous installations has enabled us to formulate and specify the correct consistency and viscosity to produce a sealer with optimum performance that is long lasting and very invasive so penetrates and seals the blocks and sand to give the best result possible.

APPLICATIONS:

RENO DRIVE SEALER may be applied at any temperature above freezing using brush, roller or airless spray. For best results apply 2 coats allowing the first coat to dry before applying the second.

COVERAGE:

Depending on the porosity of the surface coverage is, for 2 coats 3sqm / litre. Sold in 25ltr resealable metal drums.

RENO DRIVE SEALER Heavy Duty

A heavy duty sealant.

METHOD STATEMENT:

1. Kill all weeds with an approved herbicide.
2. Any oil or grease to be removed with a heavy duty detergent.
3. Power wash the drive to remove dirt, moss etc and allow to dry.
4. Roller or spray apply RENO ANTICIDE (at the rate of 3-5 sq m / litre) to kill all moss algae spores and allow to dry.
5. Re-sand all joints where necessary.
6. Roller or spray apply two coats of RENO DRIVE SEALER at the rate of 3 sq m / litre for the two coats.
