Albir Park Apartments Costa Blanca Spain

Problem: Cracked and porous render, penetrating damp evident on many interior north and west facing elevations.

May 2006, the chairman of the residents committee of owners who specified the work commented that the damp had been eliminated and they were very pleased with the result and look forward to no more maintenance to the walls for a very long time.

During the winter of 2006/2007, the Costa Blanca experienced excessive wintery conditions. The owners commented that during the bad rainstorms the water repelled off the Renotex Rollercoat treated walls unlike their neighbour's buildings that are absorbing water.

On this new development the render was applied by the builder. The client required a long life coating. Renotex Rollercoat was specified and applied by brush and roller in 2 coats, ensuring no more maintenance for a minimum of 20 years.
