Restored Properties
Mid terrace house, Wakefield
Problem: Flaking paint, loose render, dated colour and feature window sills and heads not original.
Products used: RENO PREP RENDER, RENO PREP/RENO BOND PRIMER, Renotex ROLLERCOAT.
All loose render and paint removed. Surface then primed with RENO PREP primer mix. The walls were then rendered with RENO PREP RENDER and allowed to cure. Renotex ROLLERCOAT was roller applied in yorkstone colour. The sills and lintels were picked out in Rollercoat black.
Result: Now weatherproof and modern looking; highlighting the original features.
Detached house
Problem: Loose and cracked render, flaking paint, penetrating damp.
Products used: RENO PREP/RENO BOND primer mix, Reno Prep render, Renotex ROLLERCOAT waterlily, RENO ROOF.
After the old conservatory was removed, loose and cracked render was evident, which had resulted in penetrating damp above the patio door. All loose render and flaking paint was removed. New windows were fitted 3 years previously and the render around the windows had to be replaced with new galvanised beads and Reno Prep render. The walls were primed with RENO PREP / RENO BOND primer mix and allowed to cure. The property then received 2 coats of Renotex ROLLERCOAT waterlily applied by roller. The extension roof was cleaned and coated in RENO ROOF tudor brown.
Result: A sound and watertight house that looks outstanding and is free of damp.

Weathered house gable
Problem: Flaking paint, loose render, penetrating damp typical of neglected and weathered old rendered houses.
Products used: Reno Prep/Reno Bond primer, Reno Prep render, Renotex Rollercoat yorkstone colour.
The wall was power-washed to remove loose paint. Loose render was replaced by RENO PREP RENDER and all the wall was primed with RENO PREP/RENO BOND primer, allowed to cure and then 2 coats of Renotex ROLLERCOAT were roller applied.
Result: A damp free weatherproof wall that needs no maintenance for a minimum of 20 years.
1970's brick bungalow transformed
Problem: Property was in need of re-pointing and some of the bricks were frost damaged. Customer decided to give her home a new look and at the same time to make it more thermally efficient.
Products used: Reno Prep render, Renotex Rollercoat magnolia colour.
The bungalow was rendered using Reno Prep render and then allowed to cure. 2 coats of Renotex Rollercoat magnolia colour were roller applied.
Result: Contemporary look with added bonus of having more insulation value. The customer commented that when they retire, the house will be easier to sell.
Royal Albert Hall
