Problem: Penetrating damp, loose and cracked render, flaking paint.

The new owner of the George Hotel had carried out extensive modernisation of the hotel's interior, the exterior was in a badly neglected state and thorough preparation was needed to make the building sound and watertight. Renotex was chosen for its ease of application and the pristine finish that could be achieved. The owners were impressed with the finish and believe their hotel sets new standards on their High Street.
