Conversion of Industrial Building to New Office Accommodation

A large industrial building was re-developed into new modern office accommodation. The developer had let this on a 20 year lease and the client wanted a product to last, so there were no maintenance problems or expenditure. Renotex was chosen for its durability and proven performance.

Leeds University

This contract was carried out by In Situ Restoration Services who approached Renotex for a product to coat the mural at Leeds University. They were looking for a maintenance free coating to be colour matched to the portland stone of the main building. Renotex Rollercoat was the answer, because of its ease of application and quick drying properties.

The hospital maintenance engineer approached us with the problems of cracked render and penetrating damp on the building, which was erected in 1947 on a temporary basis. The cost of rebuilding it was prohibitive and so renovation was carried out. Renotex coating was applied on to a newly rendered RENO PREP application, thus improving the standard of insulation and waterproofing. This contract was carried out by our own contracting division.
