All loose material removed exposed metal treated with rust inhibitor. Concrete primed with Reno Bond coat resin.

Render repairs carried out using 2 coats of Renoprep, the first with added fibres.

The brick was treated with Reno Anticide applied in 2 coats by brush to kill moss and algae growth. Renodry 2R heavy duty water repellent was then applied to stop further deterioration of the brickwork and pointing, life expectancy minimum 40 years.
