The hospital maintenance engineer approached us with the problems of cracked render and penetrating damp on the building, which was erected in 1947 on a temporary basis. The cost of rebuilding it was prohibitive and so renovation was carried out. Renotex coating was applied on to a newly rendered Renoprep application, thus improving the standard of insulation and waterproofing. This contract was carried out by our own contracting division.
